How do I get my waiver's QR Code?
eWaiverPro automatically creates a QR Code for every waiver, and it's simple to save your waiver's QR Code:
If your waiver was created after April 2026:
- Head over to Forms Manager, find your waiver and click the QR code image
- A window will open with a button to download your waiver's QR code
- Click download
If your waiver was created before April 2026:
- Head over to Forms Manager, and edit your waiver to access its settings
- Click its name or click ••• and then select Edit Waiver & Settings from the menu
- Click on the Advanced Settings button at the top
- On the advanced settings page, you will see an option to create a custom QR code for your waiver
- Toggle that on, then click generate and your QR code will be created
- Click download and print
That's it! You can then print (laminate if you're like us) and display where your guests or clients can easily scan-and-sign waivers using their phones.
