Waiver & Kiosk QR Codes

How do I get my waiver's QR Code?

eWaiverPro automatically creates a QR Code for every waiver, and it's simple to save your waiver's QR Code:

If your waiver was created after April 2026:
  1. Head over to Forms Manager, find your waiver and click the QR code image
  2. A window will open with a button to download your waiver's QR code
  3. Click download
If your waiver was created before April 2026:
  1. Head over to Forms Manager, and edit your waiver to access its settings
    1. Click its name or click ••• and then select Edit Waiver & Settings from the menu
  2. Click on the Advanced Settings button at the top
  3. On the advanced settings page, you will see an option to create a custom QR code for your waiver
  4. Toggle that on, then click generate and your QR code will be created
  5. Click download and print
That's it! You can then print (laminate if you're like us) and display where your guests or clients can easily scan-and-sign waivers using their phones.
