How to edit or make changes to a waiver form

Updating your waiver form is very simple and takes just a few steps:

For waiver forms created after April 2026
  • Click Forms Manager from either the welcome page or the dropdown menu
  • Click on either the name of your form, or the ••• and select edit waiver & settings
  • Your waiver will open to the Waiver Builder; update any text as needed
  • When you're finished, click Save Changes at the top
For waiver forms created before April 2026
  • Click Forms Manager from either the welcome page or the dropdown menu
  • Click on either the name of your form, or the ••• and select edit waiver & settings
  • Click Waiver Builder (the 2nd option at the top)
  • Update any text as needed
  • When you're finished, click Save Settings at the top
