How to customize your waiver links

Every waiver is given a random, unique ID when it is created. This ID is used as your Waiver & Kiosk URLs and is easily customizable to match your business name or branding.

1. Open Forms Manager
   
2. Edit your waiver form template by clicking on its name or •••
   
3. Click on the share tab
   
4. At the top you will see your waiver's ID
   
5. Click the edit icon, enter your desired name, and click Authenticate Waiver ID
   
6. If your chosen ID / link is available, it will be saved automatically
   
7. If it's not available, you will receive a message asking to try another
