You've synced your eWaiverPro account with Bookeo - what next?

You've synced your Bookeo account with eWaiverPro - what's next:
  1. All future reservations in your Bookeo account, no matter how far into the future they are, will be synced with eWaiverPro when they enter a 30-day window.
  2. If a waiver form has previously been setup in your account, you'll need to edit that waiver, click on the Waiver Settings tab, and convert it to a Synced Waiver.
    1. By default, the option to collect waivers from walk-in guests is active; you can disable that if you do not take walk-ins
    2. Streamlined syncing gives your guests the simplest option to complete their waiver, where they simply select the date and time of their reservation and sign a waiver. If there are multiple reservations at the same time, they'll have an opportunity to select their group before signing.
  3. To enable the Sign Your Waiver alerts, you'll want to click on the Email & SMS tab in your waiver form, and enable email notifications. You can also add SMS notifications to your account from the same tab.
  4. Guests with existing reservations will not suddenly get a Please Sign Your Waiver email or SMS alerts, these notifications will only be sent for new bookings that occur after syncing.
  5. You do have the option to manually send the waiver notification to existing reservations by clicking ••• on a booking in the Waiver Hub, and then clicking "resend waiver".
