I don't see all the reservations from Bookeo in the Waiver Hub dashboard

If you don't see all your bookings, reservations or tours from Bookeo in your dashboard, please try these troubleshooting techniques:
  1. Navigate to Forms Manager

  2. Edit your waiver form by clicking its name, or ••• 

  3. If your waiver form was created before April 2026:
    1. Verify that Sync this Waiver with Bookeo is checked in Waiver Settings 
    2. Click the Advanced Settings tab at the top
    3. Click Bookeo Advanced Settings
    4. Ensure that all your current tours from Bookeo are visible in both the kiosk and dashboard

  4. If your waiver form was created after April 2026:
    1. Click the Waiver Settings tab
    2. Verify your waiver type is set to Synced, and that Bookeo is selected
    3. Scroll down Advanced Settings
    4. Ensure that all your current tours from Bookeo are visible in both the kiosk and dashboard

  5. If all your tours are toggled on, please navigate to Integrations to verify your data connection 
    1. Ensure that Bookeo is toggled on
    2. Click Confirm Key, which will re-verify your Bookeo API key
      1. this process can take up to 2 minutes, and you will see a white screen during this process
