Viewing and filtering waivers in the waiver hub dashboard

The Waiver Hub dashboard is the primary screen you and your staff will use to view and verify waivers.

Waivers are displayed based on the date they were signedUse the calendar to select a specific date or date range. You can also use the search box to find waivers by name, email, phone, or booking ID (for scheduled events or reservations).

The calendar menu also controls scheduled events, which are shown based on their event date—regardless of when participants complete their waivers.

From the filters menu, use the checkboxes to show or hide waivers by form, scheduled events, and check-in status.

By default, expired and rejected waivers are hidden - to view them; click the ••• icon to the right of the filters, then use the checkboxes to customize your view, including displaying the participant age or date signed.

Waiver Hub settings are saved individually for each user in your organization.
