How to check-in and verify participants' waivers

How to check-in and verify participants' waivers

Checking in participant waivers is done from the Waiver Hub dashboard. There are three simple methods to do this:
  1. By Date Filter
    1. Set the date filter to Today to show all waivers signed on the current day. This is ideal when participants complete their waivers upon arrival.
    2. Click the ••• menu on any waiver to open the options, then select the check-in button (). The waiver card will turn green once checked in.
    3. If you sync with booking or reservation software, or use the internal appointments system, scheduled events will also appear within the selected date range. Click VIEW WAIVERS to see all participants who have completed a waiver for that event.

  2. Using Search
    1. Enter the participant’s first name, last name, or email in the search box and click Search. This will display matching waivers regardless of when they were signed.
    2. This method works especially well for repeat participants or when waivers are signed in advance.

  3. Using the Confirmation QR Code
    1. When the Confirmation QR Code option is enabled (enabled in Admin Settings for your waiver form), each participant will get a QR code they can download and present when they arrive, which can be scanned to confirm and check them in.
    2. You can scan using your phone or tablet camera, or any Bluetooth/USB scanner connected to your device.

      To use this feature:
    3. Make sure you are logged into the Waiver Hub.
    4. If using a scanner, once connected to your device, simply scan the participant’s Confirmation QR Code using a scanner
    5. If using the camera in a phone, click ••• from the bottom navigation bar and select QR Code Check-in from the menu
    6. After scanning, a window will open showing their activity details, and the waiver will be checked in.
Idea
Pro Tip: For high-volume activities, open the Filters menu and uncheck Checked-in from Status. This will hide all previously checked-in waivers so you only see those still needing attention.
