Participant information saved with every waiver

Every waiver is automatically saved with key details embedded in the footer of each page. These include:
  1. Date and time the waiver was created
  2. Expiration date (if applicable)
  3. Participant’s IP address, country, device, browser, and operating system
  4. Waiver’s authentication ID (acts as a “digital fingerprint” and can be used to verify the waiver’s authenticity)
  5. Total number of pages in the waiver
You can also insert a merge field anywhere in the waiver content to display the submission date (this information is already automatically included in the footer).

Of course, any fields or questions you add to your waiver are also saved and can be exported, including:
  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Phone
  4. Email
  5. Date of Birth
  6. Text fields
  7. Checkboxes
  8. Dropdown lists
  9. Photo uploads
  10. Event or activity names
The only mandatory fields in your waiver form are the participant’s first and last name. However, we highly recommend also collecting the participant’s email address, as our system uses it as a unique identifier and some features require it.
