How to add images to waivers and emails

Adding images to your waivers or in emails is done by clicking the image icon in the toolbar, and then entering the full url of the image you want to include in the dialog-box that opens.



NotesPlease no not use this technique for adding a logo to your waiver forms; that is done from the Branding & Logo tab, which also adds logo in your waiver kiosk.

Images can be stored in your website, Google Drive, Dropbox or any other online document storage platforms that have public access.

To make an image in Google Drive publicly visible via URL:
  1. Upload the image to Google Drive (if not already done).
  2. Right-click the image file → select Share (or click the Share button at the top).
  3. Under General access, change from Restricted to Anyone with the link.
  4. Set permission to Viewer (recommended for images).
  5. Click Copy link → Paste that into the field that opens.
