How is the waiver allowance calculated?

The waiver allowance is calculated based on the total number of waiver forms submitted by participants each month (or year).
  1. Adding minors to a waiver does not increase the waiver usage.
  2. The allowance is not a limit on the number of waivers you can collect.
  3. Any waivers completed beyond your monthly allowance are billed at $0.15 each. 
  4. Annual (yearly) waiver plans reset once you reach your yearly waiver allowance.
  5. There is no limit or allowance for the number of waiver forms you can create
