How do I change payment method or make a payment?

Updating Your Payment Method or Resolving a Past-Due Account

If your account is past due or you need to update your payment method, the account owner or a super administrator can do the following:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the avatar icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select Plan and Billing.
  4. From there, you can update or replace the payment method on file and bring your account up to date.

Important Note: Past-due accounts remain active for approximately 10 days. This grace period gives you time to update your payment information and avoid service interruption.
