Can eWaiverPro sync with our booking or reservation software?
eWaiverPro can sync with nearly any booking or reservation software using Zapier; the leading "no-code" integration and automation platform.
This integration can be achieved through one of three methods:
- The booking software has a native Zapier integration
Zapier has a pre-built integration (app) for the booking platform. This is the easiest and most reliable method, allowing automatic two-way data transfer with minimal setup. The corresponding booking is synced automatically and the waiver is sent to the guest.
- The booking software offers a Webhook option
The booking system can send real-time notifications (webhooks) whenever a new reservation is made. eWaiverPro receives these notifications through Zapier and automatically creates the booking and sends the waiver.
- The booking software sends a booking confirmation email (nearly all systems offer this)
Zapier monitors the designated email inbox for new booking confirmation emails. When a matching email arrives, Zapier extracts the relevant guest and booking details and passes them to eWaiverPro to sync the booking and send the waiver.

How long until waiver email or SMS are sent after a booking is made?
Every system is different, but most waiver notifications are sent via email or SMS approximately 2 minutes after a reservation is made - whether directly in Bookeo or when synced through Zapier from another platform.
